Ms. Melissa has 11 years of teaching experience, including 7 years at international schools in China, Italy and Russia. Additionally, Melissa has 4 years teaching Secondary and further education IGCSE and A level courses in the UK. Prior to this Ms. Melissa has over twenty years in legal practice and corporate leadership.

Ms. Melissa believes strongly in creating an inclusive and differentiated classroom focusing on social and academic development. She aims to design lessons and activities which engage learners and enable them to make constructs, learn collaboratively, and employ critical thinking skills.
