Teaching Experience:
Mr. Marcos has 3 years of teaching experience in international schools in Brazil, with expertise in teaching STEAM and Mathematics. He has extensive experience integrating technology, robotics, gamification and inquiry-based learning into the classroom. He founded and coached a Chess Club, helping students develop strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and guided students in the Mathematical Kangaroo International Competition, achieving outstanding results.
He also taught Portuguese to refugees and immigrants through a government-supported university outreach program. His teaching philosophy focuses on active learning, collaboration and real-world problem-solving, creating engaging learning experiences that encourage student ownership and deeper learning.
