Ms. Christy Cai lived in Australia for nearly ten years since she was in high school. She achieved her bachelor’s degree in Business (major in Accounting and Economics) and a Master’s degree in Teaching (Early Years Education) both from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. During her master’s studies, she had various internship experiences in different age groups. After graduation, she obtained the Early Childhood Teacher Certificate from the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) and she worked as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in a Melbourne local kindergarten for two years. After returning to China, she continued to focus on education and at the same time she also successfully obtained the qualification of Kindergarten Teacher in China. Christy worked as the homeroom teacher of Guangzhou International Kindergarten and the teaching director of a bilingual kindergarten. Christy grew up in different cultural backgrounds and therefore she is respectful and values the importance of multi-culture and she hopes that each child can develop their unique side under her education.
