Teaching Experience:
Ms. Charlotte has 13 years of science teaching experience, including schools in the UK, the Middle East, and Asia. She has 6 years of experience in leadership positions in international schools and the UK, covering both pastoral and academic roles.
She believes strongly in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment focusing on the holistic development of students, enabling them to succeed academically whilst also equipping them with skills applicable in later life. Her lessons are designed to encourage active learning and develop critical thinking skills to apply knowledge into novel scenarios.
