Mr. Ben has 15 years of teaching and educational leadership experience across the UK and China. He has worked as a Primary Teacher, Geography and MFL Subject Lead, Director of Studies, Middle School Teacher, and EFL Teacher in both state and international education settings. During his ten years in China, he developed extensive experience teaching learners from early years through to adults, while leading academic teams, mentoring teachers, and supporting curriculum development across multiple schools.
He believes that every child deserves to learn in a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where curiosity, confidence, and resilience can flourish. His teaching is learner-centred, recognising that children learn in different ways and at different paces. He strives to create engaging, meaningful learning experiences that encourage collaboration, critical thinking, and independence while supporting each learner to achieve their full potential.
Teaching Motto:
Education is not only about what children know today, but about who they can become tomorrow — confident learners who embrace challenges, learn from mistakes, and continue to grow.
