Mr. Adam has eight years of teaching experience with a wide variety of year groups ranging from nursery to year eleven. In addition to this, he has taught a number of international based curriculums in different educational institutions within the Chinese cities of Beijing, Changchun and Ningbo. Within a classroom environment, his teaching style is filled with lots of focus and energy. He encourages students to be creative and collaborative innovators who can share their own in-depth ideas, analytical thoughts and express themselves through critical thinking.

Furthermore, Mr. Adam thinks that it is really important for all pupils to work independently or within groups both effectively and efficiently. He believes that all students should look to be reflective, self aware and organised within their own strategies of learning. Ultimately, the aim as a teacher is for all students to reach their own holistic and academic potential.
