Dear BIS Community,

This week our students began their MAP assessments, and we are proud of the focus, maturity, and effort they have shown. Next week marks our school-wide exams, and once all marking is completed, report cards will be sent home during the first week of January to allow families ample time to review and celebrate progress.

Across campus, the school is buzzing with excitement as students continue practicing for our Winter Concert. We look forward to welcoming our families on December 12th for this joyful community event. The students cannot wait to share their hard work and seasonal spirit with you!

As we move toward the end of the term, we are reflecting on the tremendous growth we have seen in our children. They have formed wonderful friendships, developed increasing independence, and show more confidence with every passing day. They are thriving socially, improving academically, and, most importantly, arriving each day happy and smiling. It is a privilege to watch them flourish.

Next week is also Experience Week, where students will engage in a variety of fun and enriching activities. A highlight will be our Home Alone Movie & Cozy Clothes Day on Thursday, December 11th; students may come to school in comfortable clothing (no uniform required for that day).

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our amazing parent volunteers, who have collectively donated over 50 hours of service to BIS in the past month. Your support makes such a meaningful difference, and our children absolutely love seeing you on campus. We are deeply grateful for your partnership.

Finally, a gentle reminder to please ensure that students arrive on time each morning, as late arrivals disrupt the learning environment and routines that help students start their day successfully.
