Dear BIS Families,

Welcome back! We hope you all had a wonderful Chinese New Year holiday full of joy and celebration.

The energy in the school this week has been fantastic, especially with our Robot Exhibition! The children were absolutely thrilled, and it was amazing to see their curiosity and excitement in action!

As we dive back into our routines, we’ve got so many exciting events coming up:

• EYFS Passion Projects: March 5–6 will be a chance for our youngest learners to shine and share their passions!  Come do a Gallery Walk and learn about their favorite things.

• BIS Coffee Chat: March 18 –please join us to connect, chat, and grow our school community.

• International Day Festivities & Celebrations of Learning: Join us for a day full of culture, creativity, and fun!

• Student-Led Parent Conferences: March 20 – all age levels. You’ll be able to book the time with teachers shortly.

• First Annual Battle of the Books: The excitement is already building! Students are diving into books, strategizing, and getting ready to show off their reading superpowers. Spring break (starting March 28) will be the perfect time to read, explore new stories, and get ready for the competition on April 8–10. We can’t wait to see which teams will claim the title and take home the glory!

It’s shaping up to be an incredible term, full of learning, celebrations, and moments for our students to shine.
